KAVASS Security Tech Limited, based in Hangzhou, China, is a leading manufacturer specializing in bollards, bike racks, and other metal safety products. With a strategic location near Shanghai and Ningbo ports, we provide reliable, high-quality products and efficient services worldwide. Our team of over 120 employees, including 13 R&D specialists, drives innovation and ensures consistent product quality.
Since our founding, we have expanded rapidly, now producing over 16 x 40ft containers per month and serving more than 237 satisfied customers across 30+ countries. In 2020, we launched BD Street Furniture to offer a range of popular bike racks and street furniture.

KAVASS started with a 1500m2 workshop.
Mainly formetal fabrication for many different products and local supply.
Started to grow international market and customer confidence.

KAVASS developed full series of bollards.
Moved to a new, much larger workshop of 3500m2. Grew our R & D team to 4 staff who developed and expanded our bollard range with Automatic and non-bollards.
KAVASS put a lot of effort in growing the Chinese local market to have 11 dealers while still maintaining our existing customer satisfaction.
2017
KAVASS acquired 18 patents.
With our consistent growth into our R&D team, we needed to protect our great work which our team have developed.
Our aim is to provide all our customers with great designs of their products at a reasonable price.
2020
BD Street Furniture was founded as KAVASS's subsidiaryand starts bike rack business.
KAVASS has now grown into 2 workshops.1nd factory owned 5000m2, and has 38 factory employees.2nd factory owned 7000m2, and has 46 factory employees.
KAVASS team has now grown to 84 Factory employees,13 employees in the R & D team.KAVASS monthly production is more than 16 x 40ft containers with over 237 Happy customers.
2021
KAVASS acquired IOS9001 certification.
The IOS9001 certification is an acknowledgment of our R & D teams hard work and dedication to standards and most importantly, quality.
2022 - Now
KAVASS Business as usual.
Over the last 18+ years, KAVASS has grown into a comprehensive expert of Bollards, bike racks, and parking locks. We’ve established long-term relationships with customers from over 80 countries.
We are very excited about who our customers might be next and look forward to growing our new and our existing relationships.
